All About Fruit Trees -- Selection and  Planting (Part 1)

Early winter is the best time of the year to buy and plant bare root fruit trees -- the easiest and cheapest way to grow your own.  You will learn planting techniques, what to look for at the nursery and characteristics to consider in your decision. This is Part 1 of a three-part series.  Parts 2 and 3 will be offered in January and March 2010.  This workshop is free and open to the public.  Reservations recommended.

This same workshop will be offered in Napa on Saturday, November 14.  See the Calendar for details.
